• A valid license plate with insurance
• Headlights, brake lights, signal lights and operational Horn
• Speedometer
• Brakes and park brake
• Unobstructed windshield and Wipers
• Good condition Tires
• Driver and passenger doors
• Vehicle seats/seat belts
• Exhaust system/muffler
• Side view and Back view Mirrors
• Enough fuel for the road test
